# Chris Kraszewski

Also known as Krzysztof Kraszewski (Polish legal name; pronounced /kʂɨʂtɔf kraˈʂɛfski/).

## About

I'm a product engineer and operator. Depending on the engagement, I work from early research and definition through to hands-on engineering and iterative product work.

Based in Warsaw, Poland.

## Now

I co-run [WAYF](https://k22i.com/work/wayf/). We build large content platforms for established companies and institutions. Examples:

- Migrating [Ingersoll Rand](https://k22i.com/work/ingersoll-rand/) (Fortune 500) brands to Payload, in production since January 2026.
- Digital transformation of [Council of Europe Development Bank](https://k22i.com/work/ceb-digital-transformation/), ongoing.

I'm building [Motyl](https://k22i.com/work/motyl/), Poland's first hearing rehabilitation platform for families. Graded exercises designed with specialists, with automated scoring and progress tracking. One place for the child, the parent and the therapist. We recently received a €140k (600k zł) grant to bring the product to market in 2027.
