# Digital transformation

CEB is the Council of Europe Development Bank: Europe's social development bank, financing housing, health, education and inclusion across 22 member states. WAYF has been the bank's key digital partner since 2024, working with its Communications team on the public web presence and the internal tools behind it.

I ran the research and the product workshops with staff across the institution that set the direction for the platform, and I led the build of the events platform. Today I work as a hands-on consultant on the ongoing digital transformation.
