Multi-platform e-commerce

Kaffy came to us as a brand concept: a marketplace connecting specialty coffee lovers in Poland with local roasteries. I led it from the first workshop to the public launch.

I did the research and ran the product workshops that set the strategy, then led the delivery team through the build: iOS and Android apps, a web storefront, roastery panels and admin. I stayed hands-on in the codebase the whole way, so the architecture calls and a good share of the implementation were mine. Medusa.js, React Native and Next.js under the hood.

After launch I kept the platform running live while it served customers, then handed it over fully to Kaffy's own team. No lock-in. 5.0 on the App Store within weeks, 33+ roasteries onboarded.
